Refund fine print

Last updated October 9, 2026

The Genius Song is sold by its seller and retailed by ClickBank. The notes below summarise the seller's published policies as of the date shown. OccHealthNews does not process orders or refunds, and the terms shown at checkout are the ones that apply.

The 90-day guarantee

Three sources give the same number:

The sales video calls it a "one hundred percent ironclad money back guarantee" but does not name a number of days. Rely on the Terms and the checkout.

A refund page for a different product

The seller's site also has a separate refund page. It is a policy for "NeuroActivate" bottles: it mentions 60 days, unopened bottles only and a return address in Tallmadge, OH. The Terms also include a shipping policy for goods sent from Ohio, and the page footer mentions keeping original packaging. None of that fits a digital audio track, and nothing needs to be posted back. We mention it only so it does not confuse you.

Asking for your money back

The charge appears on your card statement as CLKBANK*Genius Song, which helps if you need to identify the order.

If nothing arrives

The seller says the track is emailed within minutes of checkout. It describes delivery both as a download and as access to an online "Private Audio Portal" with login details by email, so look for either. Check spam and promotions folders first. If nothing has arrived, contact the seller at [email protected], or ClickBank order support, with your order number.
